Tony tells the story of four candidates in the interviewing process. He discusses how two of them did an extensive amount of research on the company, the person doing the interviewing, the job itself and tons of other things that set them apart from all of the other candidates. He discusses the fact that the least qualified of the candidates is the one that got hired simply because he interviewed well. He reveals all of the things the candidate did the same apart from everyone else. (From 11/10/17)
